Fasting course at Manuvision

The body is the structure. Through it we live our lives, we perceive ourselves and the world in which we live.
By challenging our bodily habits, exploring its opportunities, and releasing its ability to move and regenerate, we can achieve a sense of freedom, of fulfillment, and see ourselves, feel ourselves from another perspective.
Our fasting course is a 4-week program full of information, cleansing diets and a nature retreat to fast as a group for 4 days.
