Aquesta condici\u00f3 genera una contracci\u00f3 en el sistema muscular, cosa que provoca s\u00edmptomes com inquietud, mals de cap, marejos, problemes de son, palpitacions, infeccions i fatiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estr\u00e8s es desenvolupa quan el cos ha estat sotm\u00e8s a una pressi\u00f3 prolongada i es mant\u00e9 en un estat constant d\u2019alerta. Tant si la tensi\u00f3 \u00e9s mental, emocional o f\u00edsica, els seus efectes es queden al cos com una contracci\u00f3 en el sistema muscular. Aquesta contracci\u00f3 provoca un augment de la tensi\u00f3 muscular i afecta la respiraci\u00f3, fent-la m\u00e9s superficial i restringida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estr\u00e8s i respiraci\u00f3 superficial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La respiraci\u00f3 superficial pot crear una sensaci\u00f3 de manca d\u2019espai al cos. Els m\u00fasculs es tensen, mentre que l\u2019adrenalina i el cortisol s\u2019alliberen al torrent sanguini, fent que els \u00f2rgans funcionin per sobre de la seva capacitat normal. En mantenir-nos connectats amb el cos, per exemple a trav\u00e9s de la respiraci\u00f3 conscient, podem percebre millor les nostres necessitats i assegurar-nos d\u2019obtenir el nodriment i l\u2019energia necessaris per afrontar les exig\u00e8ncies de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El rendiment pot generar estr\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre factor clau \u00e9s com afrontem la pressi\u00f3 per rendir, tant la que ens imposem nosaltres mateixos com la del m\u00f3n que ens envolta. Rendiment requereix molta energia i sovint ens sotmet a una avaluaci\u00f3 constant. Aix\u00f2 pot allunyar la nostra atenci\u00f3 de nosaltres mateixos i dels senyals que envia el nostre cos.
