Today, I live in a community. Throughout my life, I&#8217;ve been driven by a desire to understand and connect with people, and to help transform the things that I feel cause us harm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a long time, however, I tended to live from my mind\u2014guided by ideas but disconnected from my body, avoiding feelings such as anger, fear, and even pleasure. For me, Manuvision Body Therapy has been a journey back to my body: a way to reconnect with what I feel and to learn to respect my own boundaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s al\u00b7lucinant i meravell\u00f3s experimentar com la ter\u00e0pia corporal ens facilita entrar en contacte amb records i emocions guardades en raconets el nostre cos.
