We invite you to a 3-day retreat at Mas El Negre (Ogassa) — a space to reconnect with your body, with nature, and with the essential questions of life.

Through bodywork, presence in nature, and the support of the group, we will explore:

• A felt connection with nature and with our own inner nature

• The here and now, body awareness, and self-listening

The retreat combines bodywork practices, time in nature, meditation, breathing practices, outdoor Manuvision training, and shared moments of community.
