L’insomni, la inquietud i les lesions derivades de córrer em van portar a Manuvision. Després dels meus estudis de sociologia i filosofia, el treball amb el cos es va convertir en una manera de posar en pràctica tot allò que havia après.
In my treatments I work at the intersection of emotion, thought and bodily organisation. Letting go of what is holding one back, in any shape this takes, can reorganise the body to become more smooth, pliable and resilient. At the core of this is discovering a deep sense of trust in one’s movement, emotions and social relationships.
